Shipping Information

  • All online orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS ground, or the Express if selected.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or USPS 1 (800) 275-8777.
  • Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
  • We cannot guarantee that all items are shipped on time and the exact days listed due to issues that may occur.
